Silent Hill: The Movie

Actually fairly impressed for the most part aside from changing of names and sexes. Why turn Harry into a woman? I suppose it opens it up for the husband trying to figure out what is going on on the outside but still couldn't it have been his wife? Even though she is dead in the original it wouldn't hurt it that much. I do understand the reason for having the extra characters, for the same reason a direct translation of Resident Evil or Metroid wouldn' t work. Not enough characters. Things are differant when you play a game but it is very hard to make a movie work with a minimum cast.
But otherwise it looks like it might be good. Here is hoping anyway.
